Weekday bench - this is turning into the regular workout - but did it a day earlier due to the holiday.
ALL done with 4"PVC on bench.
95x5,135x5,185x5,225x5,275x3 315x1,335x1,365x1,385x1,405x1 315x10
Tricep push downs, 5 sets of 10 Lat pulls to belly - 3 sets of 8

Raw fulll Range -430, new PR! WooWoo
put the shirt on, my 51 - my best full range in this shirt 575.
545 x 1 to 3bd 565x1 2bd 575x1 1bd 585x1 Full range. 605x1 full range - it FLEW up, I had to check for misload. 625xMiss - trashed at this point
5 board raw 315x5 365x5 405x5 455x3
Tricep - 5 sets of 10, progressively heavier
Next Meet - Chicago Bash, then AWPC
