Are they available online for download or only at meets?

At this point, we have no APF California state record forms--only American record forms. What I do is go through the meet results after a meet and update the records. As long as a lifter qualifies (record broken, weighed-in properly, in the correct class/age division) and the three referees are APF-certified, he/she gets credit for the new record.

Sorry... so the lifter doesn't need to fill out anything? Can new records be set on the 16th? Bench and deadlift single lifts?

State and American records can be set this Saturday in any weight class/age group. For American records, the lifter and the three referees must sign a record application form. New state records will be entered into the database a few days after the meet. No forms need to be filled out.
