Does anyone use 4-board or 5-board bench work? Would it be better to use a rack than a 5-board?

Guru, I think it would be depend on the length of your arms. If you have really long arms, the 5-board presses might be of some benefit. At our gym, we usually stick to 3-board, 2-board, and 1-board presses, shirted and raw. Occasionally, we'll do narrow-grip 4-board presses for some triceps work. Rack presses at about a 3-inch lockout are performed every other week.
