Could someone discuss the differences in the double-ply shirts...denim and poly? Do some of the materials work better for different body types. I mean, if you are lean, will one shirt be better for you than another? Same, if you have more adipose tissue? <g>

I think right now the Poly's are the way to go regardless. I like to train sometimes in Inzer Denims because they are adjustable and I can hit light weights in them. They say more "POP" at the bottom with a denim but I am finding that I get the same or better with the Rage X. You can get a lot more at lockout with the Rage X. Also, If you are good you can take a Rage X for a ride right away without having to get a feel for a Denim and were the collar needs to be.

alot of people are saying they are going to double polys due to getting more POP. but, i dig the polys cuz i get more tricep support out of them.
