Hey Scot I am a student in college who just started lifting 3 years ago. I was wondering how long a training session last for you? And what types of lifts you do to complement your bench? I can’t wait to see you up the bench record even more. And I watch the video of the 715 raw bench all the time what are great lift.

its different for each lifter. i dig taking my time to recover as much as possible before i do a max set.

STEVE, THANKS FOR THE NICE WORDS. MY WORKOUT LASTS ABOUT 3-1/2 HOURS WITH PLENTY OF REST BETWEEN SETS. SINCE I BENCH SO HEAVY MY SUPPORT WORK IS ON ANOTHER DAY AND CONSISTS OF HAMMER CURLS, REAR DELT WORK TRICEPS BACK WORK.
