Hi Scott Im really hoping you can help me with this as its been a real pain .
When I do speed work my arms kill me (bi area ) and the pain last all the way to my ME Day . I use my shirt every week and every week this is something I fight . My arms are just killing me when I bench heavy or do speed work .It doenst matter if I use chains bands whatever . I dont ever do any direct arm work so do you think this may be the reason for all the pain ? Have you ever had to deal with this problem and if so how ddid or do you fix it ? ANT, I'D START DOING DB HAMMER CURLS TWICE A WEEK. I DON'T DO SPEED WORK SO I CAN'T HELP YOU THERE. BUT IF SOMETHING HURTS, DON'T DO IT UNTIL YOU HAVE IT CHECKED BY A DOCTOR. REST AND ICE IS GOOD FOR ANY MUSCLE SORENESS/INJURY.
