Hey Scot, I was curious to know if your RAW grip is narrower or wider than your grip you use during shirted benching. I also wondered what kind of food you eat in your last meal before working out. One last thing, I noticed that instead of face slapping before your lifts in the Ukraine you used smelling salt. Does this work better? I had my lifting partner give me 3-4 smacks before my latest max attempt and it really helped to get me fired up, but I was curious if I should use smelling salt instead. Thanks.

Chris, I am his training partner. His raw grip is slightly closer.
I dont know about the eating thing with scot. But, I usually try to have a buttload of waffles and plenty of H2O.
As his workout partner, I think Scot performs better when i shove some nose tork under his nose and when his eyes start to water, he is ready. We love that sh&t. I sniff that stuff a little more than I should. lol
When he gets smacked i dont think it has as much of an effect.
