forum.bodybuilding.com/archive/index.php?t-3081701.htmlIn an article with Muscle & Fitness, Scot Mendelson tells them he eats 12000 calories/day, with 7,500 coming from gainer shakes alone, and also 40 egg whites, 5lbs of red meat, pasta and veggies. He aims for 2g of protein/lb of body weight, and even more leading up to a competition, sometimes upwards of 700g/day. Is that really true? Man, I hope you have your cholesterol checked because I'm worried about you. You didn't say what vegetables so I was wondering which ones and which weight gainer do you drink? Why haven't you and Kennelly been in the Met-RX and IFSA World's Strongest Man contest? You posted that your workouts usually last about 3.5 hours, could you tell me what you did for your last workout in detail. Thanks, I'm a huge fan of yours.

I forgot to ask how many sets of incline bench presses do you usually do and how many reps? Are they important besides doing them so I don't get a uneven chest?

I don't know specifics but the weight gainer he used 2003 was Super Gainers Fuel 2500 and would drink 3 of them a day. This was in an interview with him in Monster Muscle.
